Ordering

Store your jewelry separately and avoid exposing it to liquids and cosmetics. Extreme temperatures and humidity can cause gold-plated jewelry to lose its luster; keep your jewelry in a dark, cool and dry place to avoid this. Our best advice: wear your jewelry often (this helps reduce oxidation) and keep them in a flannel bag when not in use.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We're committed to eco-friendly practices. All our items are made to order to minimize material waste, ensuring you receive a perfect product.So usually it will take about 3-4 weeks for you to receive your order.

1.Some sizes are available for immediate shipping (within 3 days of payment).

2.For out-of-stock items, please allow 18 business days for production; we'll ship them right away once they're ready.

We're now upgrading our site so we will use email to update your order status after you place your order and before the ring is shipped to send you tracking. If you like an update, you can also reach out to support@foxijewelry.com for more order details and status!

We completely get it, we change our minds too! If you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to support@foxijewelry.com.

1.Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

As a general rule, we complete the confirmation process and initiate production within 48 hours of receiving a customer order. If a customer initiates a refund within 48 hours of placing an order, a full refund can be made.

2.Cancellation after 24 hours of purchase

After 48 hours your order will go into production. and we can no longer stop the production process, Please note that the amount of time and effort spent on each order can't be canceled. Therefore, there will be a restocking fee of 30% for all cancellations that are requested after 48 hours.
